We had a great experience with Fast Motor Car Rental Naxos. The whole process was easy, the car was clean and reliable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Everything went smoothly from pickup to return. Great service and would definitely rent from them again!

We would not rent from this provider again, nor would we recommend it to others. We rented a car through Check24/AddCar (Naxos). Upon return, we were charged an additional €580 for alleged bodywork damage (rear bumper, trunk plastic trim, taillight), separate from the deposit. During the return, the situation escalated: the person handling the return raised her voice and shouted repeatedly during the discussion about the damage. She then called the police herself. Once officers arrived, she continued to speak loudly and dominated the conversation, giving the officers little opportunity to ask us questions directly. In our experience, this made it very difficult to calmly clarify the facts of the situation. Having since read other reviews describing similar experiences — unexpected damage charges raised at return, with little opportunity to review or contest them calmly — this appears to be a recurring pattern with this rental provider.

The best experience renting in Naxos and even in whole Greece .Its really smooth and easy . They bring car to you at the port . Ria and her husband both provided an excellent service . Give us the tips where to go and what to see near villages. Also our ferry was late next day , Ria checked it and let us know before . It’s above andy beyond service provided by them. Very personable lovely couple running this rental car company .

The owners are very kind and attentive! They met us as we exited the ferry. The pick up procedure was quick and they even helped with the luggage. The car was clean and perfect for our needs. Great communication on how to return the car. Again, drop off was quick and efficient. We had a great experience and would definitely rent from them again and recommend them to anyone going to Naxos!

They arrived immediately at our flight arrival, they assisted us with our many questions throughout our trip for getting around the island and also accommodated a late return at no charge. Excellent experience from start to finish. The staff were friendly, professional, and went out of their way to deliver the car to our hotel and collect it afterwards. The price was great, the vehicle was exactly the model we were promised, and the entire rental process was simple and hassle-free. I know how difficult it can be choosing a local rental company on the Greek islands when you don’t know who to trust. Hopefully this review gives others the confidence to book here. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent from them again!

Everything has been great with this company since the beginning of the trip. On the day we checked out, the company representative was incredibly kind and gave us a ride to the port so we wouldn't have to walk. Everything was fantastic with them.
